Return and Refund Policy

This policy is about buying things from Luxe Digital. It covers both products and digital services. Please read it before you buy something because we do not give refunds easily.
All sales at Luxe Digital are final. This means we do not give refunds or accept returns except in some cases.
Digital Services
* Once we start working on a service you cannot get a refund. This includes things like website design, digital marketing, branding, content creation and consulting services.
* We spend a lot of time and resources on each project. So payments made at any stage of the project are not refundable.
If you have concerns about your project please tell us. We want to deliver work and fix any issues.
Physical Products
* We check all products before we send them out. Usually we do not accept returns. Give refunds once an order is shipped.
We will make an exception in these cases:
* The item is. Defective
* You received the item
* The product is very different from what we described
You must contact us within 48 hours if you have one of these problems. If you wait long we cannot help you.
How to Raise a Claim
If you think your order qualifies for an exception email us at natureshealofficial1@email.com with:
* Your name and order details
* A clear description of the issue
* Photos of the item if it is a product
We review claims within 3-5 business days and respond with next steps. If we approve your claim we will replace the product. Give you store credit. We do not always give cash refunds.
Cancellations
* For services you can ask to cancel before we start work. We will consider this on a case-by-case basis. Once we start work you cannot get a refund.
* For products you can only cancel before we ship your order. Once it ships you cannot cancel.
Chargebacks
* Please contact us before you start a chargeback with your bank. Most problems can be solved faster if you work with us. If you start a chargeback without talking to us we may suspend your account.
Changes to this Policy
* We may update this policy. Any changes will be on this page, with a date. We recommend checking this page before you buy something.
